Programs & accelerators
Forty programs built.
None of them decorative.
Ozan designs accelerators, corporate innovation tracks and founder bootcamps for institutions that want investable companies at the end rather than a graduation photo. Fifteen years of program design across Europe, the Middle East and Silicon Valley.

Institutions
Built with and for these ecosystems.
What gets built
Four ways institutions work with Ozan.

- 01
Accelerator design
Full program architecture for ecosystems and funds: sourcing, selection, curriculum, mentor network and investor demo day.
- 02
Corporate innovation
Bringing startup discipline inside large organisations, through venture clienting, intrapreneurship sprints and matchmaking between corporates and startups.
- 03
University & bootcamps
Entrepreneurship education with real founder outcomes, informed by Ozan's work with UC Berkeley SCET and other academic ecosystems.
- 04
Mentor & jury programs
Training mentor pools and judging panels so feedback across your cohort is consistent, honest and actually useful.

A program is only good if the
companies survive the year after it.

The process
From blank page to running cohort.
01
Diagnose the ecosystem
Who are the founders you can actually reach, what capital exists around them, and which outcome the institution is really being measured on.
Weeks 1–2
02
Design the program
Curriculum, mentor pool, selection criteria, milestones and demo-day standard, built so the cohort produces companies investors will actually meet.
Weeks 3–6
03
Run and hand over
Ozan runs or co-runs the first cohort, trains the internal team, then hands over a program the institution can operate on its own.
